This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, onsite in Aventura, FL. (NO REMOTE OPTIONS)
Position: Digital Marketing Manager
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, tracking and optimizing assigned digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. In this role, you will work with our marketing team, web developers, graphic designers and vendors to launch campaigns and measure its success.
Skills:
- Familiarity with web design
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms
- Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy pertaining to your campaigns.
- Manage the strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing campaigns
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget on your campaigns
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Build an inbound marketing plan on your campaigns
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Media Buying, Google Analytics and CRM softwares
- Experience with Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Sprout Social or HubSpot
