The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building the company brand and voice on social platforms by creating, implementing and reporting the digital marketing strategy and execution across all relevant channels to create awareness and demand, generate leads and build the company’s market presence. This includes: social media, blogs, video, email, infographics and pay-per-click campaigns. Day-to-day management includes engaging in social conversations, timely replies to both positive and negative feedback. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the email marketing campaigns for the VIPRE Home product lines, which includes campaign execution, promotional emails and monthly newsletters. Create, post and manage social media engagement across all platforms which includes; blogging, video, content marketing, and pay-per-click campaigns. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for reporting on KPI’s weekly, monthly and quarterly and compare those to strategic goals and industry benchmarks. Purpose The Digital Marketing Manager will have experience in managing B2B and B2C digital marketing programs that develop and drive demand. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing strategist, who understands many forms of demand gen and can effectively collaborate on the planning and program execution of inbound marketing, SEO, and social media programs. As part of a team responsible for meeting aggressive lead generation targets, you will help develop the company’s demand generation plan, execute multi-channel campaigns, and measure ROI on an ongoing basis. Key Responsibilities  Architect and execute the most appropriate mix of digital marketing programs to target existing customers, new prospects in social, paid search, blog, web, email, and other online programs to achieve goals defined by Marketing management. Contribute to SEM/SEO and content syndication. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; communicate plans and metrics regularly to marketing and sales leadership, work with sales to measure program performance and lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI. Manage all VIPRE social media profiles and presence, focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Spiceworks, and Google+. Create materials that drive engagement and sales by communicating value, positioning and messaging. Create new channels as needed. Create on a weekly basis shareable content for use throughout the organizations, particularly for the sales team and executives. Monitor all platforms for any discussion related to the VIPRE or ThreatTrack names; respond to feedback/comments both positive and negative in a timely fashion. Run ongoing social promotions and track success, further the reach of content created by promoting it to social channels. Drive conversion and increased web engagement by effective copywriting for blogs, monthly newsletters and social posts focused on buyer-personas identified by marketing team. Ensure tracking pixels and campaign ID’s are properly placed for each call to action so that social media and paid search campaigns can be properly reported on. Develop action-focused content for the VIPRE for Home audience around timely promotions. Work with internal copy team to create engaging emails that stay on brand. Collaborate with the Corporate, Channel and Program Marketing team members of the VIPRE for Business and VIPRE for Home teams to develop and execute integrated awareness and demand generation programs that deliver on key objectives to grow pipeline and increase industry awareness. Assist in management of webinars. Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience executing effective inbound, multi-channel B2B, B2C, demand generation programs including SEO, social media, email, and content demand generation programs (program creation, execution, and measurement through marketing automation) Experience with social tracking systems such as TrackMaven, Twitter Ads Manager, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, HootSuite, Google Analytics, etc.) Strong foundation in the principles of content marketing and SEM/SEO Familiar with marketing automation platforms, email marketing and tying this into social strategies Exceptional analytical skills, with an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding lead generation targets Understand technology and have worked at a high-technology software company with B2B products Ability to think strategically and competitively while executing tactical program elements Excellent writing, organizational, conceptual and creative problem-solving skills A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight Experience with security products and services desired but not required Experience developing SEO and SEM tactics  ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT Reports to the Director, Worldwide E-Commerce  Educational Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Graphic experience is a plus Social certification preferred (Hootsuite) Experience with WordPress or similar blogging platformVIPRE Security is an AA/EOE/Vets/Disabled employer.
