Position Summary

This position will manage, build, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy with input from the team and external partners. They will manage the digital experience, increasing relevant visitor traffic and capturing and analyzing data on channel performance. The digital marketing manager will develop, execute, analyze, and optimize demand and lead generation programs via our digital platforms and be a key team member with high visibility. Primary keys to success will be a passion for all things digital and the experience they can create with all our audiences.

Compensation: The target base salary for this role would be $80,000 with an incentive bonus of 10% annual salary.

Pay Range: $66,000.00 - $110,000.00


Website / Digital Platforms

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Manage website updates, maintenance, SEO, site builds and navigation
  • Track user engagement and recommend strategies and updates to keep the platform fresh, including adding functionality and tools to improve user experience and results

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

  • Manage, track, and report on digital marketing channel performance through ROI, attribution, and conversion reporting
  • Partner with the team on the development of marketing campaigns and build digital assets, including landing pages, forms, email templates in HubSpot, and automation workflows
  • Research and monitor competitors' digital marketing activity to ensure we are differentiated and keeping pace
  • Research new trends to stay up to date on digital marketing technology and tools

Marketing and relationship management

  • Manage and report on Azuga's marketing automation platform, including landing pages, email marketing, reporting/dashboard structure, automation, audience segmentation form/lead generation, CRM integration, and other tools in the tech stack.

Lead Generation

  • Conceptualize, create, and execute digital aspects of multifaceted campaigns on both owned and earned channels focused on lead generation and customer growth, including fostering Marketing Qualified Leads into the active sales pipeline
  • Contribute to the robust data analytics model to track campaign and channel success
  • Continuously improve campaigns and operational activities by leveraging industry best practices and new techniques and keeping an eye on competitor advances

Minimum Qualifications

  • No less than 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with website analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale PPC accounts in various business verticals.
  • Google Ads / Bing certification is a plus.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
