We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our customer acquisition campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Demand Marketing team, Corporate Marketing, and vendors to launch innovative programs on time and on budget. We are looking for someone who is high growth obsessed and analytical to effectively measure and lead online programs, and who will passionately seek to test, improve, and optimize wherever possible. You should have solid communication skills and the capability to effectively report on strategy, tactics, and performance. Key Responsibilities Define, create, and manage key global digital marketing acquisition efforts including PPC, display advertising, paid social and content syndication. Manage the day-to-day execution, optimization and reporting of online marketing campaigns. Evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points and develop creative and innovative solutions for new customer acquisition. Establish KPIs for all programs while continuously tracking performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes. Collaborate with agencies and manage all digital marketing vendor partners. Evaluate, recommend, and test new marketing channels including assessing potential traffic sources, negotiating pricing/terms, and launching campaigns. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Qualifications BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. 3-5 years proven working experience in digital marketing with B2B programs. Prior experience marketing to enterprise customers, ideally large enterprise accounts. Demonstrable experience leading and managing quarterly digital promotional plans and budgets that include PPC, and display advertising. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools, including Google Adwords required. Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce a plus. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement for a B2B enterprise audience. A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven decisions. Additional Qualifications: Strong writing skills especially attuned to the enterprise market and point of view. Solid project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment.
