This opportunity is primarily remote, full-time direct hire, and slatted to start by the end of February. Candidates must be local to Austin or San Antonio to be considered. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, 3+ years of experience of digital marketing and experience managing teams of 2 or more direct reports.The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy and execution for the company. This includes managing integrated marketing communications, lead generation, website marketing and management, push HTML email messaging, social media, video, mobile, viral, SEO and SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives. They will need to have strong quantitative and data analysis skills, as well as strong project management and organizational skills.The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for supervising two or more direct reports including a social media coordinator, email marketing specialist and a web content manager. The successful candidate must have clear communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all employees, including the executive committee.
