Insight Global is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Manager for a retail client in Charlotte, NC. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with the companies digital marketing platform to develop and executive marketing strategies. You will work closely with internal and external omni-channel tools and internal/external digital channel managers to design, execute, and monitor/measure the performance of stores & campaigns across digital & social channels; set strategy and then optimize the performance of each channel to drive lead generation sufficient to achieve sales & service targets. You are reasonable for developing and implementing sustainable strategies to drive incremental growth in quality traffic & conversions from retail websites, search marketing, Social Media, CRM, etc. as well as developing and maintaining working relationships with the in-market Regional Marketing Managers to ensure alignment to business needs. Youll deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, measure and report on core metrics associated with owned digital marketing campaigns, Pro-actively identify digital marketing traffic opportunities to drive sales, track site & page level analytics data and recommend strategy/approach improvements to content, digital campaigns, targeting, ad copy, and assist in improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of all retail websites.
Automotive retail experience
3+ years of digital marketing experience
Certified in digital marketing major search engine(s) and products: (Google Analytics, Adwords, GTM, Bing Ads, TrueView, etc)
Working knowledge of SEO principles and experience in managing performance
Highly organized, task and detailed oriented
Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
Proven success managing PPC & social media campaign strategy development, execution, management, and measurement
