The vision of BCW is to become the leading direct to consumer premium beef company in the US. BCW consists of four different companies that encompass the raising of terminal and breeding genetics on the ranch, its own processing facility, feedlot operations, and its own sales and distribution company with primary channels consisting of online sales and its own retail specialty "meat market" stores.

Job Description

We are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketer. You will be an instrumental part of a growing team responsible for building out our D2C digital marketing that attracts, nurtures and ultimately converts new customers and brand champions. This position will execute our digital advertising and social media campaigns, search engine optimization, as well as the evaluation of and reporting on performance. Collaborating with the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness, ecommerce sales and lead conversion through paid and organic channels. In addition to establishing and shaping the digital marketing function for a start-up, you will create brand growth, business development, communication while executing the company's digital marketing initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels. You'll need a strong grasp of key business metrics as well as a keen focus on success measures across our digital channels. This hands-on position is critical in launching and growing our digital channels. The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for digital advertising and social media management reaching diverse audiences and is proactive, action-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Duties/Responsibilities: Execution & Analytics 65% / Strategy & Content 35%

Social Media Management: (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, Twitter)

  • Build and maintain our brand's social media presence for both online and physical locations.
  • Manage online reputations and Influence perception through creative audience engagement.
  • Manage and Drive engagement across social channels.
  • Create and Manage Facebook Ad and other PPC ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales team to plan, manage and execute a content calendar, and communicate social media schedule for paid & organic.


  • Manage all aspects of D2C PPC campaigns including search, display, and retargeting.
  • Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Execute effective local SEO strategies for local Brick and Mortar locations, including technical SEO, keyword / image optimization.
  • Research backlink opportunities including anchor text, keywords, and pages to link to.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
  • Strong understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and content strategy.

Other skills

  • Market Amazon Product listings and monitor performance. Execute Amazon campaigns.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect.

What you've done:

  • Practical experience executing, running, and managing digital display campaigns, SEM campaigns (Google/Bing Ads), and social media ad campaigns (especially FB/LinkedIn Ads) in a D2C environment.
  • Comprehensive experience with using Google Analytics (or SEMResh, Chartbeat, etc) to analyze campaign performance and making/implementing data driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Leveraged marketing automation tools for D2C campaigns - optimizing the customer funnel.
  • Collaborated with sales to optimize the consumer buying journey.
  • Implemented web site and landing page best practices related to conversion.
  • Executed dynamic content calendar for social media.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field required.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include copywriting and presenting marketing plans.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
  • Familiarity with web design platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, WIX)
  • Familiarity with Marketing automation tools like Klaviyo,
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or related design programs required.
  • Web design experience preferred.

Additional Information

Salary Range: 55K-65K
