Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and generate leads. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital campaigns, utilizing various online platforms and tools to maximize the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital trends and opportunities.
Content Management:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and compelling digital content across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve website ranking and visibility on search engines.
- Stay abreast of search engine algorithms and implement best practices to enhance organic search results.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Paid Advertising:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing management experience.
- 1+ year experience in email marketing.
- 1+ years of experience with social media ad platforms.
- Experience with SAAS and the US Market.
- Trello and HubSpot experience.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
