Exterro is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the success of our digital properties, with primary focus on our public facing website and PPC campaigns. In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving and measuring visitor growth, converting site traffic into leads, improving our SEO and PPC efforts and influencing website strategy and development. You will be expected to update the site on a regular basis - hands-on skills in working with CMS-based is required.


  • Market to and communicate with Exterro customers and prospects using digital marketing strategies and tactics, including the corporate website, search engine optimization, pay per click and display advertising and other related efforts.
  • Post, distribute, and maintain content using the various technologies employed by Exterro.
  • Project manage the development of new experiences on and related sites and technologies. Take proactive steps to grow the audience of Exterro's digital marketing efforts, impressions seen by them, and their follow-up actions taken.
  • Continuously optimize the experience on, and related sites and technologies, leveraging a/b/n testing to best serve and convert site visitors.
  • Manage Exterro's Google Analytics instances to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Compile and report results of digital marketing efforts, and proactively provide recommendations for improvements based on data and analysis.
  • Run and manage/optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to align efforts with non-digital marketing efforts, the marketing/editorial calendar, and overall corporate strategy.


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and departments, maintaining relationships and managing workload to reach business goals
  • Broad-based digital marketing skill set with strength in corporate website properties, including search engine marketing and digital analytics.
  • Experience with Craft CMS, or similar content management systems
  • Experience developing in CSS, JS, Twig, PHP strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and similar tools.
  • Fluent in MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and intellectually curious professional.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience.
