Marketing By Monrae is a creative space for entrepreneurs to find resources to assist them with improving their digital marketing strategies, business structure, and content. The brand was designed to assist businesses that weren't financially in the space to afford a full-time marketing team but still wanted to have the best strategies for growth. This is provided through digital boot camps, webinars, and e-books. We provide an array of different tools to be able to assist small business owners in developing their brands. Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and strategies, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Content Creation: Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring that it is engaging, relevant, and aligns with client branding and messaging.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, leveraging data insights to make data-driven decisions and continually improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, performance, and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
