Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to Executive Director of Marketing & Communications
Full-Time Salaried, 12-Month, Exempt
We're looking for a creative Digital Marketing Manager to direct and oversee Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy's digital experiences with the CHCA community using innovative and forward-thinking plans. In this position, your primary goal is to effectively engage with target audiences across CHCA's vast digital ecosystem, driving awareness, audience growth, and engagement. The core job functions include social media management, digital advertising, email, website, and analytics.
Operating as an internal agency, CHCA's Marketing and Communications team serves as a shared service to a range of internal stakeholders which includes but is not limited to functional areas in Admissions, Athletics, Counseling, Development and Sponsorship, Diversity and Belonging, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability, Events, and Fine Arts. Marketing support is also provided to the Head of School, building principals, and Human Resources.
This position will work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, Design and Brand Manager, Content Strategy and Communications Manager, and Webmaster to ensure there is a clear, creative, and effective digital experience for all CHCA community members and stakeholders.
We are seeking a business-minded professional who understands the importance of aligning tactical execution to strategic objectives and has advanced knowledge of best practices across all digital channels. This position will consult team members on methods to improve performance of digital deliverables and be responsible for charting the macro digital strategy and influence the micro strategies to achieve notable results. Specifically, this position will provide development and design support for the following deliverables:
- Campaign landing pages
- Digital advertisements
- Graphics to be shared across a range of digital platforms
- Interest forms and surveys
- Website
- Other deliverables as assigned
This position will be responsible for supervising the daily execution of campaigns across all channels, as well as all analytics and reporting on the performance of digital programs.
This position will have regular collaboration with marketing colleagues and technology vendors.
