Hay Creek Hotels is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our growing portfolio of boutique properties. The Digital Marketing Manager is results-driven and passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative digital marketing campaigns in the hospitality industry. Key job responsibilities include the ability to generate and lead strategies that grow market share, strengthen brand awareness, improve customer experience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience developing and executing successful campaigns.
This is a fully-remote position with 25% expected travel to properties.
Salary $85k-$100K, based on experience.

Essential Functions:
SEM Strategy
- Audit, strategize, and implement search engine marketing tactics and campaigns utilizing Travel Click's Digital Marketing Platform and strategy team
Digital Audits/Reporting
- Analyze how each Hay Creek property is positioned in the digital market and crystallize targeted consumer insights
- Provide quarterly analysis on digital marketing strategies including web, email, SEM and how they measure against established KPI's
- Provide next steps and subsequent quarter plans for approval
- Present and educate Hay Creek leadership, owners, property teams and other key stake holders
Revenue Management Liaison
- Partner with Revenue Management on website development and design and email marketing design and deployment
- Work with the Revenue Management team on getting the branded materials needed for the Booking Engine, GDS and PMS
- Work with Revenue Management team to produce materials needed to keep QCS's on OTA's at 93% and above through photo/video assets, branded material, etc
- Work with Revenue Management team to identify current gaps to budget at each property and translate those findings into quick reactive marketing tactics as well implement future shifts to eliminate in the future
In-House Creative Agency Liaison
- Act as point of contact between the in-house creative agency and properties to field questions and support the importance of timely promotional campaign development to feed digital marketing strategies
- Manage the process for website design including assisting with photo shoots, assisting with shot lists specific to digital needs, and directing/assisting agency developer on seasonal updates, audits/changes and SEO best practices
- Attend all bi-weekly marketing meetings with property team in conjunction with in-house creative agency
- Work with SVP of Marketing to translate branding and positioning into go-to-market plans for online packages, restaurants, weddings and meetings and work with agency to develop appropriate assets
- Assist with marketing budget and annual marketing plans in collaboration with SVP of Marketing and in-house creative agency
- House logos, brand guides, photography, renderings by property to supply to in-house creative usage
Discipline Expert
- Monitor online trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities
- Attend travel summits and stay relevant on current market trends, best practices, digital advancements, and opportunities in the hospitality space
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience and/or understanding of website development and design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong creative writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in hotel space a plus
