As a key member of the Tarkett Brand Marketing team, this individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of leading, planning, coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns from inception to execution and reporting. This role will lead the creation, implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives for all Tarkett North America and its products and services for both residential and commercial channels. This individual must be a self-starter, accustomed to operating in very fast-paced environments, be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for creative that resonates with digital-native audiences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across North American markets.
- Direct the development, optimization, and management of website content to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Deploy and manage visualization tools and platforms to support the specification process, enhancing the customer experience and streamlining decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital project timelines and resources, liaising with internal and external teams to meet strategic goals.
- Employ robust project management to define objectives, control scope, and proactively address risks, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Architect and implement content strategies to bolster digital marketing efforts, maintaining communication on project progress and strategic shifts.
- Aggregate and curate product data for online platforms, establishing systems to integrate information while ensuring quality control.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to align on marketing goals, establish metrics, and define success factors.
- Oversee cross-functional team collaborations for campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of all campaign elements, maintaining consistency with the launch strategy.
- Conduct system testing and support troubleshooting, ensuring seamless digital strategy integration across media platforms.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for digital marketing activities to gauge success and guide future strategies.
- Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Minimum Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, research, business, statistics, communications or social sciences or related field. (MBA is preferred)
- (5) Years of significant digital marketing experience in a business or agency environment (e.g., website design/development, content management, email marketing, marketing automation, metrics and analytics).
