Fred Beans Automotive is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can drive digital marketing strategies for the company and all its brands. This is an ON-SITE role so must be local to Doylestown, PA.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategically allocating and managing digital marketing budgets across the Fred Beans dealerships to drive sales and growth while ensuring high ROI.
•Develop monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans for all dealerships.
•Allocate individual dealership budgets to specific marketing channels based on past performance and market research.
•Continuously refine the strategy based on data analysis and ROI.
•Manage OEM Co-op programs to maximize return on spend.
•Maintain Excel documents to track spending, ROI, and other key performance indicators for each dealership.
•Produce monthly reports that highlight achievements, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
•Offer recommendations and insights to the Director of Marketing for better decision-making.
•Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
•Coordinate with third-party agencies where necessary for specialized tasks or campaigns.
•A/B test campaigns to optimize results.
•Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
•Communicate regularly with the Director of Marketing to ensure alignment and address any concerns or questions.
•Present monthly reviews to executive leadership, summarizing digital marketing efforts and impacts.

What You'll Need
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in retail automotive digital marketing.
•Demonstrable experience in budget management and ROI optimization.
•Expertise in key automotive digital marketing channels like SEM, SEO, Social Media Advertising, and Email Marketing.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
•Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or similar digital marketing platforms.
•Strong presentation and reporting skills.
•Analytical mindset to evaluate and interpret complex data.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
•High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
•Experience in working with third-party agencies.
