Job Description

Position Overview:The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in our success. As a vital member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will craft, execute, and evaluate digital marketing strategies, fostering awareness and engagement. Collaborating across various levels of the organization, you will shape our digital marketing initiatives, communication rhythms, and measure communication effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is a key driver of our mission.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define and execute communication strategies across email, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Develop engaging, high-visibility digital marketing campaigns supporting overall campaign objectives across diverse channels.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics tools to measure and evaluate marketing program impact, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Analyze data metrics to optimize user behavior, platform engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Lead quarterly data reviews and provide findings and recommendations for alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage email marketing communications and external email marketing platforms.
  • Foster comprehensive donor experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
  • Oversee paid media strategy, analysis, and optimization across channels (SEO, Social, Display, and 3rd party).
  • Contribute to internal communications, including monthly newsletters, employee recognition, and intranet websites.
  • Manage the public website content and lead generation opportunities.
  • Monitor digital platforms for crisis events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further the mission and objectives.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, digital communications, data marketing communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or related fields.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to connect marketing campaign execution with performance objectives and think strategically about digital communications.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms, customer journeys, and SQL queries.
  • Experience in data reporting with the Google Analytics platform.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing communication plans and strategies.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent time management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with diplomacy and discretion when interacting with internal and external constituents.
