As Digital Marketing Manager, you are focused on executing, optimizing, and managing all digital platforms to support lead generation and revenue growth. Your primary purpose is to execute effective digital marketing content and strategies that drive highly effective campaigns to interact with targeted audiences and generate leads.
Build and execute an overall digital strategy and content that generates leads and builds revenue growth through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarketing, messaging, and audience identification • Develop and execute multi-faceted content marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention • Develop a robust email and drip campaign strategy • Compile and analyze appropriate metrics, insights, and best practices • Work closely with researchers and strategist to integrate consumer insights into marketing campaigns • Manage all content and ensure it adheres to SEO, lead generation, and email marketing best practices • Managing PPC campaigns and relevant vendors • Implement marketing conversion improvement strategies based on testing and observed performance • Serve as liaison across departments to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and communicated across the company • Build a community of raving fans who will participate in events and webinars • Master the proper mix of formats (e.g. blogs, guides, ebooks, reports, videos, interactive content, podcasts, etc.) and distribution channels • Develop an understanding of – and build a model for – how to measure content’s influence on pipeline generation and closed-won business • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and prospects and figure out what motivates them and the decision makers around them • Perform competitive analysis on a regular basis and stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends within the industry to ensure that campaigns are effective and stay up to date with digital and content marketing trends
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required • 5 years of experience as a Content/Digital Marketer or similar role • 5 years of hands on experience with digital marketing technologies: SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics and CRM software • Data-driven marketer with proven expertise in setting and reaching metrics • Experience and knowledge with marketing tools and best practices • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, written, and oral • Comfortable working remote, on project-based work • Travel: as needed
