As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing initiatives to new heights. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our online platforms, and ultimately increasing sales and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing trends, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Work with the SEO team to streamline┬áSEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, implementation and performance tracking.
  • Spearhead SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Create, refresh, and curate engaging website content, including blog articles, project galleries, and videos.
  • Oversee incoming content from affiliates and paid influencer partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media team to synchronize campaigns with the content calendar.
  • Assist with live streaming events, including moderation and set-ups.
  • Update branded collateral and generate marketing templates for internal departments.
  • Identify photography opportunities, arrange professional photoshoots, and edit/retouch images.
  • Supervise a digital asset library, ensuring updates are shared with dealer partners and the client relations team.
  • Conduct research to gain insights into our target audience, industry trends, and competitors in the hair care sector.
  • Actively participate in events and trade shows.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum requirement- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Passionate and excited to be a part of the brand and the beauty space.
  • Fully on-site position. Remote work not available.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing including paid media, earned media, SEO, email marketing and SMS marketing.
  • Must have strong project management skills and ensure that all deliverables from cross-functional teams are on track for successful completion of projects.
  • Must be strong in data analysis, report generation and in turning data into action that drives growth.
  • Good communication, attention to detail,┬átime management and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in copywriting to drive branded content across channels.
  • Able to make quick, effective decisions. Hands on attitude, analytical and ambitious.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator and Premiere Pro skills are a plus), Canva.
  • Must have experience with website editing , email marketing (Klaviyo), and SMS marketing.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
