Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will help us use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our brand with our online customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay current with the latest trends in digital ad design, e-mail design, web design, and mobile optimization.
  • Create a process for standards and documentation for all brands across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Website)
  • Build Brand Awareness and Stature
  • Lead the uploading of all website assets to WooCommerce back-end system
  • Leads the creation and management of eCommerce marketing planning calendars, programs and demand plans
  • Oversee the implementation of sales & promo codes for retail & wholesale sites
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Build strong client relationships through social media interaction
  • Drive web traffic and sales conversion
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Lead digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

BSc in Marketing, Advertising or Related Field AND

3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, web marketing or related field

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: N/A

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Retail and direct-to-consumer experience preferably in Consumer Product Goods managing 1,000 + SKU's
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager

COMPENSATION: $64,480-$68,000 annual salary
