A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, to effectively market the value of our company to prospects and customers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in digital marketing. The company offers a great work environment.

Digital Marketing Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $80/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 50% of the time)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Use UX research, A/B testing, and analytics to formulate insights and drive incremental improvements.
  • Increase engagement and conversion for the digital experiences you lead.
  • Define the strategy and plan for digital experiences on our site that drive user engagement and conversion for the areas you will lead.
  • Demonstrate your broad digital marketing expertise in user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, omnichannel, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies to deliver performative digital experiences.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital experiences across an extended team of project managers, UX designers, visual designers, writers, web producers, developers, and agency resources.
  • Define user engagement and conversion success metrics and continuously monitor and optimize for performance.
  • Manage web page creation owned by our web producers, there will be the need for limited production work in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Experience with AEM, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, or Jira is a plus.
  • Enterprise software experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient across various areas of digital marketing: user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, omnichannel, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies
  • Ability to find opportunities and recommend solutions that have outcomes aligning with marketing objectives.
  • Proven program management skills, driving vision and leading delivery across cross-functional teams, for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curious, creative, and results-oriented.
  • Global approach to enable in-country localization.

  • Ability to immerse yourself in the latest industry and competitor digital marketing trends.
