About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support various facets of our digital marketing strategy, encompassing website content updates, SEO, analytics, marketing technology, user experience, and additional projects. If you have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving results, we'd love to meet you. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and excellent project management skills.
This is a remote role; however, preferred locations are Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Support developing and implementing global digital marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives while considering regional nuances and target audiences.
Collaborate with business unit marketing teams, providing guidance and sharing best practices for digital marketing initiatives.
Responsible for website content updates, identifying new content, and managing a regular refresh cycle to ensure content is current and relevant for several WHQ-owned sites in multiple languages.
Provide technical support and best practices on the web content management platform(s), SEO, and site designs.
Responsible for the technical review and approval of brand websites for usability, SEO/SEM, performance, compliance, and more.
Facilitate the deployment of new digital marketing tools at World Headquarters and across the go-to-market businesses globally.
Manage CMS and other digital marketing tools.
Prepare standard work on various digital/web topics relevant to the business.
Stay informed about global digital marketing regulations to ensure compliance with data privacy and accessibility guidelines.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives, recommending data-driven optimizations to enhance results.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring effective service delivery and maximizing ROI.
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms, and recommend their integration into our marketing strategies.
Perform quality assurance and control checks on public-facing websites and apps, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Handle urgent deadlines and shift priorities, managing multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously in a professional manner.
Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and strong teamwork skills.
Lead additional projects such as website redesigns, assist with acquisition-related tasks, and troubleshoot and conduct research on technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7 + years of digital marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
An MBA is preferred.
Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Marketing Platform, social media platforms, marketing automation tools (like email marketing and CRM), and CMS.
Expert proficiency in the O365 suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Robust project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
A proven ability to excel in a dynamic, matrixed structure.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt swiftly to a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital landscape.
