The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in the overall success of the Marketing efforts at Bethel Music. This role will be a part of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director. The duties will include developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing data-driven strategies to help Bethel Music and artist platforms grow. This role will interface with other departments in the company in order to execute strategic goals. This person must have experience in digital advertising, web management, digital marketing and communication, and analytics.


  • Develop and execute a strategic Digital Marketing campaign for all Artist and Compilation projects, Events, Conferences, and e-commerce in alignment with the strategies and goals of the overall marketing plan
  • Run strategic and comprehensive Ad campaigns across all digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest
  • Develop and implement strategies that optimize content at YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other video streaming platforms resulting in quantifiable growth in revenue and subscribers/followers
  • Maintain strong relationships with artist management, artists, influencers, and digital partners to be viewed as a resource for best practices and implementing digital marketing strategies for each new and developing act
  • Develop, execute, and analyze email campaigns across all label lists
  • Responsible for collaborating with Social Media Manager to build and grow audiences across digital platforms, including social media, email, and texting
  • Manage and update all digital service provider platforms
  • Manage SMS platforms
  • Responsible for setting up music releases with appropriate links and deliverables to send across teams and departments
  • Work with Third Party partners on cross-promotion across digital platforms
  • Monthly reports on all Advertising Campaigns
  • Create and present monthly Digital health reports across all Bethel Music and Artist platforms, measuring growth and reach
  • Research advertising trends, create and execute plans based on findings
  • Manage Digital Advertising Budget
  • Travel required for all events, recordings, and any other needs the Marketing Director sees fit
  • Perform any other job-related duties
