We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Waikiki, Hawaii! In this role you will be overseeing day to day digital operations and become responsible for planning and implementing digital strategies across various clients.

  • Assist in overseeing Digital Team and day to day digital operations agency wide
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics and ensure accurate reporting
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Assists with marketing, search engine engagements (SEM and SEO), social media, website creation, updates and digital outreach
  • Uses knowledge relating to the marketing field to suggest improvements to processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day paid search operations for clients that could span across multiple verticals
  • Strategize, implement and oversee digital campaigns
  • Be able to discuss advanced technical concepts and strategic plans in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audiences


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • The ability to commute to and from office in Waikiki, HI.
  • Proficient in microsoft office and google suites
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Experience with SEO programs
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
