Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):

Lead the digital marketing & design initiatives across the organization through product marketing, brand design, cross functional collaboration, and optimization of digital marketing channels. Facilitate email & design strategy to ensure product visibility for our customers and drive growth and revenue. Continually assess the strength of the digital marketing function to identify areas for opportunity and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including management of marketing databases, email initiatives, SEM and display advertising campaigns
  • Outline, schedule and deploy all email marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing strategies for existing and new products
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
  • Execute all email marketing automation (creating and segmenting lists, A/B and multi-variant testing, and building, scheduling, and deploying campaigns) to drive conversion & boost engagement where appropriate
  • Work directly with Director of Marketing to build, launch, and test acquisition, activation, retention, and overall digital growth strategies
  • Evaluate and execute opportunities to bring processes and projects in house including ESP’s, the full life-cycle of video development, and management of the email calendar and deployment
  • Develop project and brand budgets and analyze regularly to ensure all activities remain on track

Reporting Relationships and Supervision:

  • No direct reports

Education and Experience:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing/Design or a similar field required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot ESP and CMS required.
  • Experience with various marketing databases
