Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Lead Gen Expert to lead our digital marketing initiatives and optimize our online presence. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, improve lead generation, and drive growth.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth and align with company goalsWork with the Content team to create engaging and audience-focused content.Create and execute lead generation strategies (inbound and outbound)Create and execute paid ads strategy (Facebook/IG, Google, Linkedin)Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools.Content Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports company goals.Research and identify relevant topics and trends in the industry.Collaborate with the Graphic Designers, and Video Producers/Editors to create engaging content.Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance content effectiveness.Sales Funnel Expert Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and lead generation.Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive growth.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align strategies.Monitor and report on funnel performance, making data-driven improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing with expertise in lead generation and digital marketing tools.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proven experience in SEO optimization with a strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.Proficient in Highlevel platformAnalytical mindset and the ability to interpret data.Experience in sales funnel optimization and lead generationKnowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
