General Summary:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to support paid media growth and the expansion into new platforms. This is a new role for an individual with a passion for managing media across various Paid Social channels - Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative. The Digital Marketing Manager will help support the Senior Manager in building campaigns, reporting on the results and recommending next steps for both buying strategy tactics and creative needs with cross functional teams. The role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of a campaign and responsible for proper and timely execution of all assigned work. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of multi-million-dollar performance campaigns across primary Paid Social channels including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, PinterestSupport in campaign management including building, optimizing, analyzing the effectiveness of digital customer acquisition campaignsPartner closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing identifying areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions across our digital campaignsRecommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities to improve efficiency at scaleResponsible for reporting on key performance metrics and sharing insights that will help inform future channel strategiesWork in partnership with the Creative Marketing team to share creative insights, request ad concepts and suggest iterations of winning ads to drive efficiency at scale Qualifications: 2-3 years of work experience in paid mediaStrong knowledge and understanding of other digital marketing channels and the media buying ecosystemStrong understanding of data and ability to communicate results effectivelyOpen to working flexible hours including weekends and some holidays to optimize campaign performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFast learner who can work on a team and independentlyStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple competing tasks and/or deadlinesMedia experience in other channels (audio, affiliate, display, search) is a plusIntermediate to advanced Excel expertise is a plusInterest in the beauty industry is a plus Environmental, Psychological and Physiological Requirements:Currently on a hybrid weekly work schedule. During office days, work will be performed inside a multi-story office building with elevators and stairs.The person must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and conference rooms.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, printer and calculatorFrequently communicates with employees who have inquiriesAbility to learn technical material and apply the knowledge to their work The Body Firm provides competitive salaries and benefits.
