SummaryIndustrial Inspection & Analysis is seeking a talented, motivated, and technically savvy Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage pay per click, SEO and social media advertising campaigns, leverage and build social media engagement, track results, improve efficiency, and advance our digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate for this role will be confident in their abilities but always open to learning new techniques and strategies. This role will have a great deal of autonomy so the ability to prioritize work and communicate tactics and strategies is essential. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a superior grasp of organic and paid search engine marketing (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) as this is a core competency of our lead generation strategies. The ability to interpret data is crucial.ResponsibilitiesHelp build and drive digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to pay per click, Social Media management and advertising, build digital customer relationship and engagement, SEO keyword research, digital media strategy with Director of Marketing, and effectively communicate the overall performance as it relates to the strategic vision of the marketing department and business.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.Manage SEO, pay per click, google ads, and google tag manager.Work with multiple internal and external experts to manage projects and campaigns efficientlyAbility to multi-task with strong attention to detailOversee social media accounts’ strategy as it fits within the overall marketing strategy (e.g. ads, product pages, corporate presence, building influencer engagement, landing pages, banners, profile pictures, blog layouts, etc.) Lead and collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to create compelling digital assets and experiences that drive engagement and conversions through effective search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.Manage production and set up of LinkedIn, Google, Native/Display ad campaigns in various industries.Monitor campaign and provide optimization as needed to ensure performance of campaign. Establish proper analytics capabilities across the enterprise and determine digital content and inbound marketing KPIs, reporting results regularly to key executives and develop testing plans accordingly to ensure optimal campaign performance and that the budget is utilized appropriately.Represent voice of the customer in developing strategies to impact the end-to-end digital funnel.Troubleshoot all technical issues relating to digital campaigns. Use all analytic tools necessary and Google Analytics to inform buying strategy, SEO keyword strategy, and overall business line growth and campaign analytics. Ability to create and carry out comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaignsEducation/Certification/Experience:Appx. 3 years experience in the following: pay per click advertising and management, SEO, SEM, social media engagement, and google analytics. Prior experience with a Laboratory testing company is a PLUS.Direct and demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Native/Display Advertising.Understanding of SEO, social media planning, posting, buying, and optimizing.3+ years strong project management experience 3+ years of experience and a solid understanding of SEO3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
