As a fast-growing Education technology start-up based in Bellevue, WA, we are seeking a high-energy, stellar Digital Marketing Professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position.

Compensation: Purely based on experience; We are open to a less experienced person with hunger and potential. We are also open to someone who can be a CMO - founding team member today.

This role has high promotion potential. As of now, we do not have benefits to offer but hope to add them very soon.


•You will be a go-to person for "all things marketing"
•Grow Cirkled In brand and assist sales team through digital marketing for brand awareness, evangelism, and influencer marketing
•B2C and B2B digital marketing using various levers, including social media marketing
•Email marketing using marketing automation tools like HubSpot
•Create compelling content creation- blogs, interviews, etc.
•Manage social ad campaigns using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, Webmaster Tools
•Bringing Cirkled In higher in search for keywords. Work with the rest of the team to implement/enhance SEO/SEM
•Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
•Be a liaison and Maintain partnerships with media agencies, vendors, and contractors


We are looking for a great set of skills, but most importantly a great personality as we build a positive work culture. You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

•Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
•Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
•Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
Prior Startup experience required
•Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, or others)
•Skills and experience in creative content writing - can you tell a story?
•Analytical mindset and critical thinking - can you break down bigger problems into smaller chunks?
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work on a fast-paced, highly energetic team and successfully navigate a high level of ambiguity and individual responsibility
•BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field. A 4-year college degree is a must (a master's degree is a plus)
•Prior Remote working experience is a plus
