The Work You'll Do:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a marketer to join our digital marketing "center of excellence" in developing and delivering a best-in-class user experience across our network of global web properties. You will have the opportunity to shape our lead generation and conversion strategies, revolutionizing the way we connect with our audience, and your expertise will be pivotal in crafting exceptional website experiences that seamlessly support full funnel marketing campaigns.

That's where you come in.

More specifically you will:

  • Manage corporate Web properties to support the company's business objectives, including brand awareness, demand generation and sales acceleration.
  • Execute ongoing A/B and multivariate testing from hypothesis to test design and reporting results based on content purpose (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)
  • Provide strategic, audience-centric recommendations for improving website performance that considers channel goals and multiple audiences / personas.
  • Develop and evolve the overall conversion optimization strategy utilizing analytics tools and platforms to monitor website performance and uncover insights for improvement.
  • Align website functionality and optimization efforts with marketing and advertising plans to ensure consistent messaging, seamless user experience, and optimized conversion funnels across all customer touchpoints.

What We Need From You:

  • History of success in a similar type B2B digital/growth marketing role with a focus on CRO / digital buildout and optimization. This should include:
    • Building and optimizing B2B website experiences with WordPress and/or Drupal.
    • Ability to be hands on with A/B and multivariate testing tools. (Optimizely, Google Optimize etc.)
    • Ability to create stakeholder and executive reporting using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau.
    • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, native advertising, programmatic display, and paid social.
    • Experience with PHP & JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth
  • Due to client contractual obligations- the successful candidate will have to clear a background check and drug test
