Overview:

Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (flexible hybrid)

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of digital campaigns for Suncoast Credit Union. This individual will lead the execution and optimization of our paid media campaigns across various digital channels to maximize brand awareness, activation, and member growth. Key responsibilities include managing paid social media campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital channels such as search, display, social media, video, affiliates, and programmatic advertising
  • Implement new technology partners, products, and platforms including cross-device tracking, ad verification, attribution, brand safety, advanced pixel tracking, DSPs, Social and Video platforms, and Ad Servers
  • Develop testing plans to continuously improve campaign performance, including audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing pages, and bid strategies
  • Collaborate with digital vendor partners to drive business growth
  • Cooperate with the Creative and Website teams to ensure integrated marketing plans are executed flawlessly
  • Assist the Creative team with developing high-quality ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies to incorporate into paid media strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners to negotiate rates and placements that maximize ROI
  • Manage budget allocation across different channels and campaigns to ensure optimal ROI
  • Provide reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Establish relationships with various partners, executives, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain alignment on related brand initiatives, objectives, and priorities
  • Leverage segmentation and analytics to provide recommendations that deliver opportunities to scale within paid media channels
  • Communicate complex concepts for comprehension across audiences with varying levels of expertise
  • Serve as the thought leader and subject expert in digital marketing
  • Seek creative ways to solve data and performance inefficiencies
  • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements)
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Advertising certifications preferred (or must complete certification within 3 months of employment)
  • 3+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer digital marketing execution
  • Experience with digital advertising and paid media to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Digital Ads platforms, and Programmatic Advertising
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and media advertising platforms
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to strategically synthesize and drive results
  • Strong interpersonal skills to encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking
  • Experience collaborating directly with senior leadership teams and cross-functional leaders
  • Strong communication skills to present recommendations regarding policies, practices, and procedures improvements
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet required deadlines
