Description
Our client, a marketing agency located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, is looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The Digital Marketing Manager works within a cross-functional team to build, activate, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include support of digital strategy based on clients' brand objectives, consumer insights and data.
Position Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to activate campaigns including paid and organic social, SEO, email, paid search/SEM, programmatic, and marketplace promotion (Amazon).
- Implementing and monitoring paid campaigns from start to finish, including keyword research, activation, pacing, optimization, and iteration.
- Management of paid media budgets to ensure campaigns efficiently meet target spend and KPIs.
- Support client's digital marketing strategies: assist in development/execution of campaigns and demonstrate independent thinking to move brands forward.
- Understand the best practices for various platforms and channels to develop holistic digital marketing campaigns that align with the brands' KPIs.
- Research social media and digital online presence best practices, monitor trends and work with the Bailey team to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and online traffic, providing analysis and recommendations
- Support the Client Care Team and Brand Managers with activation and day-to-day campaign management
Functional Knowledge
- Working knowledge of the following digital marketing tools and platforms:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics Suite (Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
- Email Platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Facebook Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience working in digital marketing. Agency experience a plus, but not required.
- Experienced using digital marketing tools such as, but not limited to, Google Analytics and Ads, paid social platforms (Facebook Ads, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and programmatic. Familiarity with Hotjar and SEMrush a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with WordPress a plus.
- Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong detail orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
