Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on paid advertising, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads. You will oversee production and maintenance of all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, display advertising and paid advertising. Your expertise in paid advertising platforms and techniques, analyzing data, identifying trends, and optimizing campaigns will play a critical role in achieving our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and paid advertising strategies, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and other relevant paid channels.
- Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign development and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to maximize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising platforms, tools, and techniques, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Set up tracking mechanisms, implement conversion tracking, and generate regular reports to measure the success of paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA) to evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage production, maintenance, and optimization of Inbox Health website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align paid advertising campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot, WordPress, social media management tools, marketing automation software, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for driving innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.

Additional Details
Location: Flexible working environment with three days/week in our New Haven, Connecticut-based office.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $60,000 - $85,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Inbox Health's competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
