Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at TITLE Boxing Club. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy and execution of our corporate and franchise social media channels. Your responsibilities will include developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, supporting franchise locations, and ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.


- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest for TITLE Boxing Club corporate, corporate owned and operated TITLE Boxing Clubs, and our sister brand, BoxUnion.

- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on paid search platforms, primarily Google, for TITLE Boxing Club corporate, corporate owned and operated TITLE Boxing Clubs, and our sister brand, BoxUnion.

- Film/capture and edit engaging copy and compelling visuals to capture the attention of the target audience and drive desired actions.

- Manage ad budgets, optimize bids, and monitor campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the team.

- Develop and implement an end-to-end organic social media strategy for TITLE Boxing Club's corporate channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This involves content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking to enhance followers, reach, and engagement metrics.

- Drive the organic social media strategy for our franchise network, supplying them with relevant and compelling content for their Instagram and Facebook accounts. Provide ongoing recommendations and support to help franchise locations improve their social media presence and effectiveness.

- Assist in managing and posting content on all owned and operated TITLE Boxing Club organic social media accounts, primarily Instagram and Facebook. Ensure consistency and quality in content across these channels.

- Collaborate with the marketing department to align social media efforts with brand campaigns. Ensure that all created content complements and reinforces the overarching marketing objectives and brand messaging.

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our social media presence and deliver innovative strategies.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, preparing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content. Make data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals.

- Manage and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with the TITLE Boxing Club brand, negotiate partnerships, and track the performance of influencer campaigns.


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing social media channels, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Strong understanding of social media strategies, content creation, engagement tactics, and analytics tools.

- Proven experience in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms.

- Strong knowledge of social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Pinterest Ads.

- Strong knowledge of paid search advertising tools, primarily Google.

- Proficiency in ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and brand messaging.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, creative, and franchise operations.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of the fitness or sports industry is a plus.

- Experience in identifying and managing influencer partnerships is highly desirable.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
