Delta Apparel is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in our Duluth, GA administrative office. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all digital marketing aspects and functionality on the Delta Apparel and Soffe Apparel websites. The position oversees the development and delivers marketing strategies to attract customers to the company website, online presence, and promote online products or services. Oversees development and execution of
e-marketing content. Analyzes online statistics and marketing campaigns to identify best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their duties. The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expert level understanding of Analytic Reporting - collecting, analyzing, and acting upon insights / reporting to internal teams
- Liaison between internal team and site host (FDM4) as needed.
- Manage campaign calendars and all its facets
- Project manage marketing campaigns from idea to launch in email, affiliate & paid ad channels
- Testing and scheduling of all email campaigns
- SEO / SEM Marketing
- Communication with sales and marketing regarding campaign needs, execute as needed
- Management of DotDigital platform (cross channel marketing automation platform)
- Email Marketing / Customer Segmentation
- Landing page creation
- List segmentation, list hygiene, list growth strategies
- Survey development
- A/B Ad Testing
- Affiliate marketing management
- PPC management
- Reporting- email, PPC and affiliate: Working in conjunction with outside vendors
- Research and suggest opportunities to improve current channels
- Research and report industry standards and trends
- Manage SearchSpring (search engine for websites) database and make necessary adjustments
- Manage eCommerce budget and report as requested: monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Manage direct reports within the department as specified
- Management of Social Media Channels
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Merchandising preferred, but not required.
- Experience and employment history will also be considered.
- At least 5 years management experience
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
- Expert level experience working with HTML, CSS and web image optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and photoshopping skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Data driven with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Excellent and effective communication.
- High levels of integrity and self-motivation.
- Enjoys learning new technologies and is quick to adapt.
