As a Digital Marketing Manager, a typical day might include:

•       Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive leads for the sales pipeline

•       Managing multiple programs, working with third-party agencies and internal and external stakeholders, and successfully delivering results within stipulated time cost and quality

•       Delivering strategic direction and end-to-end execution of paid search, SEO, affiliate, display, paid social, push marketing, and other marketing programs focused on quality, efficient revenue generation, and growth

•       Proactively finding opportunities for additional marketing spend and channel exposure

•       Tracking and measuring the impact of our programs and use insights/learnings to continuously optimize initiatives for better results

Required Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

•       Record of progressive experience and responsibility

•       Minimum 4 years’ experience analyzing sales and marketing data

•       2 years’ experience analyzing CRM or marketing automation tool data (Salesforce and Pardot preferred)

•       Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookups)

Preferred Qualifications:

In this multi-disciplinary role, you must be an excellent multi-tasker who prioritizes team deadlines. You are a quick learner, adapt to changing priorities and bring the following characteristics to the team:

•       Relevant college degree (Marketing preferred)

•       Creative, collaborative, and “figure it out” personality

•       Five years’ experience in B2B digital marketing

•       Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Automation and Web CMS applications, SEMRush, Google Analytics

•       Deep domain knowledge of digital marketing programs and understanding the changing face of digital marketing

•       Experience in SaaS software or technology industries (preferred)

•       Ability to gain confidence and trust of teammates

•       Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal skills

•       Honesty and integrity

•       Results-oriented approach with a “can do” attitude

•       Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

•       Ability to balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic goals
