Position Overview

We’re looking for someone to join our expanding marketing team to lead the development of our digital marketing. You will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset that is looking for innovative ways to engage customers and a business acumen to communicate the results. We need your hands on experience in the world of digital to be resourceful with the tools available today while developing the groundwork for what will be needed in the future.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Build, manage, and deploy a digital marketing roadmap including website, app and social media
  • Create customized Plugins and Modules for WordPress Sites
  • Demonstrate back-end web application/website development capability
  • Manage all digital marketing content with SEO optimization and content pillar structure
  • Plan, measure, and implement channel improvements based on e-commerce CX
  • Drive automation when creating new user access and profiles
  • Develop streamlined go-to-market processes for digital channels
  • Define and execute marketing automation, and social media channel strategy
  • Monitor competition and provide monthly competitive insight
  • Partner with sales leadership on actionable reporting metrics, frequency and training

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required and or 6-8 years of related work experience
  • Industrial or B2B experience at a larger company is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft solutions with D365
  • Extensive experience with CRM and D365 preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong verbal, written and visualization communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results oriented, constantly pursuing process improvement
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex problems and prioritize an ever-changing workload

Travel:

  • Open to travel up to 15% (COVID dependent).
