We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting digital marketing initiatives, help manage the marketing tech stack and support. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive sales for product offerings
- Along with digital team, drive marketing campaigns, including channel and tactical plans and campaign messaging in collaboration with the marketing team (web strategy, marketing automation, paid media, social media), as well as product and creative partners
- Enable the digital side of the demand engine by executing campaigns across Landing Pages, Display and PPC Ads, Email, Social Media and Content Syndication aimed to optimize user experience
- Closely monitor campaign performance, funnel conversion rates, and adjust as needed to improve performance
- Support the planning, technical aspects and day-to-day operations of key marketing technology systems to include automation platforms (HubSpot), Analytics (Google), SEO/SEM (Google and SEMrush) and demand generation tools (Sprout Social, etc)
- Cultivate relationships with relevant partners (media buys, webinars, podcasts, etc.) and influencers in key verticals; determine content required to support effective campaign strategies utilizing these relationships
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan automated lead nurturing strategies to scale and support overarching demand generation programs
- Work with the digital team to produce campaign performance reports as needed to make recommendations for improving campaign performance while working with the inside sales team to enable improved conversions throughout the funnel and increase pipeline
- Support budget creation and review allocation to drive spend efficiency across all marketing programs
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 5 years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- Expert proficiency using HubSpot including smart lists, smart form features, and Smart CTAs to optimize for lead progression and conversion. HubSpot certifications preferred.
- Proven results in executing digital demand generation efforts
- SEO/SEM experience
- Experience with a variety of Marketing Automation Platforms
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in improving user experiences on website interfaces and driving traffic to websites via SEO strategies
- Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics experience
- Highly analytical ability and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization as well as campaign conversion metrics
- Effective Project Manager who regularly completes projects within associated timelines
- Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)
- HTML and CSS a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
