Key Responsibilities:

Website Management and Maintenance:

  • Manage website content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and design standards
  • Create and update landing pages to support marketing efforts; update and maintain CMS templates and modules
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the user experience; audit site to eliminate redundant, outdated, or duplicate content
  • Manage SEO/SEM agencies to optimize content and drive key KPI’s

Social Media Strategy and Content Management:

  • Develop and gain business support for comprehensive digital advertising and social media marketing strategy, goals, budget and calendar
  • Use social media channels to engage with consumers and positively foster two-way brand/consumer conversations and execute social campaigns through organic posts and paid ads
  • Function as brand steward across all social platforms (lnstagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
  • Assess need for influencer marketing, make recommendation on strategy/approach, and lead development of program
  • Investigate social technologies & emerging platforms to uncover opportunities for ongoing growth and innovation
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, content development, and consumer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (brand marketing and ecommerce) and external agency partners in managing a cohesive content calendar that drives to brand goals and achieves KPIs across social channels
  • Conduct competitive research across online marketing channels to ensure a best-in-class digital presence for our brands
  • Manage external agencies including photographers, designers and artists to create compelling visual assets for all digital channels (web, social, email, etc.)

Email marketing:

  • Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies
  • Create and maintain email content, calendars, and schedules
  • Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns and related materials; report on relevant KPIs
  • Manage and maintain email lists; provide QA on all email creative/copy and conduct appropriate A/B testing

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Manage data and dashboards with digital metrics reporting (i.e., Google analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Maintain deep understanding of key performance metrics for each digital marketing channel
  • Provide monthly digital reporting, including ongoing tracking across channels and in-depth analysis for key campaigns and promotions
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices; monitor competitor websites and content

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven track record in digital and social marketing in CPG or related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Solid foundational knowledge of digital and social media strategy
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media channels, and content platforms, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Expertise with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and related social, community, streaming and digital channels, as well as email tools including Klaviyo
  • Solid knowledge of website and social analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
  • Natural comprehension of conversion funnels and customer journeys
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; self-starter; ability to project manage and prioritize work
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment and able to commit to and meet team deadlines
  • Strong eye for digital design and aesthetics
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
  • Very hands-on and "can do" attitude

Pay Range: $100,000-$115,000 per year DOE
