Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone who is pioneering, collaborative, innovative and customer-driven to help us create what's next. This position is remote, but there is possible, infrequent travel to our headquarters in Greensboro, NC.

This is a Direct Hire role- Prefers EST or CST based candidates – the salary range is $135,000 -$155,000 plus bonus/benefits

Partner with business stakeholders to understand and deliver digital sales and marketing solutions based on business requirements .

You will Partner with the PMO and other technology stakeholders to perform demand assessments against the digital customer experience portfolio (sales and marketing) to ensure delivery feasibility Lead agile solution delivery efforts with change management, governance, and assurance Partner with service delivery teams to drive best practices in a culture of continuous improvement Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to provide platform support for digital customer experience platforms Manage the delivery staff with request management against the pipeline Other tasks as assigned to support digital platforms

Required Skills:

• Possess a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar degree

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required

• 5+ years of experience delivering solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud with CPQ

• Hubspot experience a must

Experience leading external providers and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative enterprise solutions

• People and financial management experience to support technology initiatives

• Experience with marketing technologies for lead management, campaigns, digital content and product management, and partner channel management

• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies like SAFe
