Based in our Branson Ultrasonics business Headquarters in Brookfield, CT you will lead strategic initiatives that leverage digital tools to enhance customer experience and boost awareness, engagement and conversion rates for Branson solutions globally.

AS DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Own the digital roadmap that supports Bransons strategic growth programs

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital tools that address key customer needs and elevate interactions throughout the lifecycle

  • Support the creation and promotion of digital content that increase awareness of the value of Branson solutions for material joining applications

  • Drive digital strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates for products and services

  • Support the development and management of digital collateral that boost sales channel situational fluency and facilitate knowledge / application sharing globally

  • Develop tools that augment current processes for obtaining market and customer insights

  • Work with Marketing Communications team to implement robust processes with KPIs to measure and track performance of digital marketing initiatives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • BS Engineering or Business (MBA a plus)

  • 5 years' experience in marketing or management of business transformation programs (for industrial products preferred.)

  • Strong leadership, strategic-thinking, organizational, project management and presentation skills.

  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and at different levels of the organization are important.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
