You Are

A digital marketing expert responsible for developing a sophisticated and measurable digital-first marketing strategy, optimizing UST's digital front door,, and communicating our expertise and differentiators through integrated digital marketing campaigns that impact targeted sales growth. You will develop and lead the multi-channel digital and content strategy across the marketing technology stack, and understand audience segmentation, campaign management, business development, and online strategy trends to support UST's marketing goals and objectives. You will also collaborate with the corporate, affiliate, and field marketing teams, crafting digital buyer journeys alongside in-house web developers to modernize the digital experience, which will be the center of all we do.

What you will do

* Inbound marketing tactics include blogging, social media, search engine optimization, eBook/white paper/video content creation, website updates, podcast creation, email marketing, and others.
* Create and manage global content strategy and editorial calendar for
* Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting online marketing campaigns.
* Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Work with brand marketing to develop increased brand awareness and online reputation.
* Content strategy, development, and management.
* Co-create and optimize our evolved social media presence.
* Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
* Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
* Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives; this may include: Owned media (e.g., Websites, Social Platforms, and CRM), Paid media (e.g., Digital banners, Search, and Paid Social), Reporting and optimization for digital marketing programs.
* Manage day-to-day activities of various agencies for projects related to digital marketing.
* Manage technologies and processes relating to the marketing funnel, including lead generation, qualification, and nurturing
* Act as a strategic planner for all digital campaigns that leverage all relevant, interactive channels and automated marketing tools (i.e., social media, website, blogs, email, search, and CRM).

What you bring

* 6+ years B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience at a software technology or consulting organization
* Extensive knowledge of developing and launching digital-based campaigns and programs
* Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling content.
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising global digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
* Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital advertising strategies.
* Functional knowledge of AEM, HubSpot, intent data and Google analytics, and other analytics tools; technical hands-on knowledge is a must.
* Deep knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and related marketing strategies.
* Strong ability to communicate the effectiveness of all facets of a campaign, from top-to-bottom, and use these insights to inform optimization decisions.
* Ability to evaluate relevant trends and best practices in digital marketing to evaluate opportunities and capitalize on the continually changing digital environment.
