Digital Marketing Manager sought by Pearson Education, Inc., in NY, NY. 40 hrs./wk. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Campaign Strategy Management: Generate and propose new digital marketing campaign ideas based on available data and analysis. Develop, launch, and manage brand awareness, inbound content, and account based marketing campaigns across digital advertising channels, including social media sites, display, and search engines. This includes developing campaign concepts, copywriting, email marketing, and setup in various vendor platforms, such as Hubspot, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and Twitter. Continuously optimize paid campaigns to achieve lead targets and cost per lead goals within agreed-upon budgets by designing and conducting ongoing A/B and multi-variate testing. Social Media: Launch and manage campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Leverage social media to engage users on targeted social media platforms, and drive traffic to the Credly website to achieve inbound lead generation goals. Execute social media strategies to develop and maintain a robust, global community of users. Analytics and Reporting: Develop and execute reports on web traffic, email performance, pay-per-click advertising through Google AdWords and other pay-per-click programs. Create, manage, and maintain accurate analytics and metrics reporting for the marketing department using the Domo business intelligence platform. Other duties to support the marketing team, as assigned. 5% domestic travel required. Home Benefit Available in the New York and Queens County MSA Area. Wage: $91,395 per year.
Requires an MBA with emphasis in Marketing and Operations Management or a related field; and 3 years of digital marketing in B2B SaaS experience, including 3 years of experience in each of the following: Experience with analytical software. Experience with Google AdWords and paid search platforms. Experience with inbound, outbound and content marketing strategies and tactics. Experience with aggregating data from multiple platforms to build consolidated campaign and department-wide performance reports. Experience building, reporting, and presenting data and recommendations to all staff and management levels within the organization, including senior executives. Experience with Social Media marketing and social media analytics programs. Experience with conversion rate optimization testing and reporting. Experience with market planning, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization. Experience with principles and methods of marketing, promoting, and selling products and services. Experience with data reporting across wide variety of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), content management and experience, marketing automation advertising, traffic reporting and analysis platforms. 3 years of experience with the following tools: Google Analytics website analytics;
Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter online advertising platforms; SEM Rush advertising, SEO and social media analysis platform; Hubspot content management and marketing automation platform; Social media marketing automation tools; Adobe Creative Suite graphic design tools; Wrike and other project management tools; Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity and presentation tools; Salesforce customer relationship management platform; DOMO business intelligence platform.
The following certifications or qualifications are required: Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ); Google Ads Search Certification; and Google Ads Display Certification.
