TheDigital Marketing Managerwill be responsible for developing and executing digital channel programs for ABS Wavesight byincreasing brand awareness, developing a robust community of clients through social media, promoting company products, services, or events, and driving prospects to conversions through appropriate technology platforms. This role coordinates and publishes content to multiple digital channels such as the corporate website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, blog posts, paid display/search advertising, and interactive media to drive effective customer-facing experiences and elevate the ABS Wavesightbrand. The Digital Marketing Manager willhave a proven track record working with digital marketing channels, as well as a depth of hands-on experience using digital tools to easily deliver digital tactics without any technical assistance.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop communication plans that utilize social media channels
  • Copywrites for website, emails, press releases, blog posts, social media channels, etc
  • Monitors and evaluates trends, data, usage, competitors, and market/business conditions; recommends and executes approaches to improve the effectiveness of ABS social media
  • Provides cross-functional digital marketing support with the corporate website, content management system, and email marketing
  • Innovates with new digital marketing tools and tactics to offer new and compelling content or media or digital channels
  • Serves as a key point of contact for corporate social media crisis monitoring and response
  • Collaborates with stakeholders on the development of video projects, from scripts to production
  • Builds positive relationships across organizations that foster a strong work environment

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 yearsofexperience managing digital teams and digital services
  • Hands-on experience developing digital initiatives without technical assistance, as well as launching large-scale marketing campaigns for services or products is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing websites in a or e-commerce B2B environment is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplines is required. Related Masters degree or MBA preferred.

  • An innate understanding of how to leverage digital channels to impact business development and lead processes
  • An effective collaborator who knows how to network, manage by influence, and build effective relationships across the segment marketing groups and company functions such as IT and Business Development
  • Comfortable and experienced at engaging with levels of the organization, including executives
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and team skills. Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, responding to company and internal customer needs.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to assume a high level of individual responsibility. Highly results-oriented; able to work in a multi-task environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results.
  • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Experience using marketing automation (Act-On, Eloqua, or Marketo), enterprise CMS platforms, web analytics software, and a CRM platform
  • Google certifications for AdWords and Analytics.

Reporting Relationships:

The incumbent reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications
