About the Role: We are looking for an experienced global Digital Marketing Leader to join our teamIn this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of PharmBIOs Brand, PharmBIOs Market Positioning and content strategy during a period of rapid growth and scale in the global Pharma Market. This role is exciting for individuals who thrive in executing digital high-impact content initiatives and campaigns and enjoy the challenge of integrating strategy with execution. You will lead external and internal partners to build and optimize campaigns, assist with creative asset retrieval, development & implementation, basic troubleshooting, budget management, and maintain campaign performance against target KPI's. This role will work closely with our global Sales team and Product Specialists ensuring maximization of revenue via on-time delivery, quality execution and efficient media spend, interact directly with clients, vendors, and external teams for troubleshooting, information around new products/offerings, platform changes, industry trends, and process improvements. You will significantly influence brand recognition and engagement and contribute directly to the growth of the PharmBIO division.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowedin most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. The teams you support may be spread across various locations and time zones (US East, EU, AP, US West).

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy digital marketing strategies and communication
  • Own the development of engaging and impactful content and campaigns that align with brand objectives, increase customer reach and engagement rates, influence the sales pipeline, and improving SEO performance
  • Take charge of our social channels, implementing improvements to our brand voice, and introducing new content strategies
  • Act as a liaison between multidisciplinary teams - Sales, Product Specialist, Inside Sales and Technical - to collaboratively develop and deliver digital messaging in initiatives that are aligned with business objectives and overall PharmBIO Strategy
  • Develop as appropriate email, SMS and direct mail journeys for prospective target customers and partners within different stages of the conversion funnel
  • Create compelling and segmented audience experiences by translating customer personas to drive target marketing objectives
  • Ensure all digital marketing is on-brand, consistent in voice and tonality
  • Analyze data and seek out additional funnel messaging opportunities in order to deliver the most business value
  • Assist with creation of leadership-level presentations and reports in order to give visibility to recent accomplishments and showcase results
  • Coordinate trade fairs, conferences, events - virtually and on - stage with external and internal partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience
  • Strong command of analytical and insight abilities including metrics, with the ability to use and interpret reporting to inform optimization recommendations. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/ or Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage agencies and external third party contractors in content, execution strategies and KPIs
  • Experience building, deploying, implementing an MQL to SQL Lead management and follow through processes and KPIs
  • Proven experience as an exceptional writer with a track record of developing content for digital channels
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring the successful execution of content initiatives while partnering with sales and marketing teams
  • Ability to work effectively in an intercultural, diverse environment
  • Ability to travel 25%

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in marketing communications strategy with an overall strategic view including the corresponding analytical and tactical perspective
  • A history of successfully owning and managing social channels

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
