Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Boise, ID, Onsite, M-F (with flexibility to work from home 2 weeks per year/situational)

Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in or relocating to Boise, ID

Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 Annually + Benefits

Some of the responsibilities you’ll encounter include:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.

  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.

  • Understanding of buying strategies, A/B testing, and optimization for Google Ads, Bing, and Meta.

  • Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics with Google Analytics and HubSpot.

  • Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present the recommendations to management.

  • Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.

Some of the skills that could come in handy include:

  • Develop, optimize, and execute digital campaigns, including email, paid search, social media, etc. Understanding of Meta, Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.

  • 5+ years of experience with PPC campaigns and SEO.

  • Monitor performance metrics (with a thorough understanding of Google/Meta reporting tools and web analytics).

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (specifically HubSpot).

  • Ability to analyze marketing data (A/B testing, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.).

  • Reporting on the growth and analytics of campaigns.

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with some content marketing experience.
