Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of social media trends on both Chinese and Ameican platforms. (Wechat, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist Operation Director to create promotional campaigns for clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Acute attention to detail with an emphasis on grammar and formatting
• Assist in content creation and monitoring across multiple media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Sina Weibo, and Wechat
• Aware of industry trends and conduct competitive market research

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing)
• Interested in marketing or advertising experience including social media, search, entertainment, and email marketing and/or similar industry background
• Proactive, clear, and concise communicator (both verbal and written)
• Possesses emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Team player with a "solutions not blame" mentality
• Adaptive, flexible, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and organized - able to work independently and reliably without being micromanaged
• Strong project management skills
