As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will capture, develop, and promote content around the internship experience and assist with social media development, posting, analytics, website updates, and other digital communication for Monolith. You are fearless and embrace creative challenges Currently a Junior or higher pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Previous internship experience a plus What you'll do in this role: Act as and be part of the content/asset development team Chronicle and post approved content around the internship experience and other Monolith happenings/news Develop other digital content (website updates, content marketing-related posts, etc.) Track and analyze digital content, reporting results, and provide recommendations to comms/HR leadership Develop accurate, timely, and engaging on-brand communications that demonstrate a clear understanding of brand design standards/voice, project objectives, and expected results Engage followers and employees as demonstrated by improved analytics/results Actively participate in the Monolith collaborative spirit with new perspectives and ideas that challenge everyone Other communications-related duties as assigned Ready for a job that never feels boring?
