Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.


~Create and monitor Paid Search campaigns

~Continually optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to improve ROI and conversions

~Keyword Research

~Writing Ad Copy

~Continuous Campaign Optimization

~Monitor, Track, and Report on campaign performance

~Act as key point of contact

~Build PPC analysis reports

~Work with managers to create and ensure timely delivery of project schedules

~Work with our managers to implement campaign updates

~Write and test variations of landing page and ad copy for search and social ad campaigns

~Plan and execute campaigns and events

~Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events

~Create online and offline marketing content

~Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

Preferred Skills:

~Passionate about search marketing

~In touch with the latest technology and trends

~Have 3+ years of PPC/SEM/Paid Social experience

~Have experience with Google Adwords,

~The ability to analyze various data and make data-driven decisions

~Excellent verbal and writing skills


~Google Adwords Individually Qualified or Bing Ads Accredited Professional

~In-depth experience with PPC industry tools

~Positive attitude


1-3 years' of marketing experience

BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ready to Relocate to Fargo, ND (US based candidates Required). Not a remote position
