Adecco Creative is assisting our client, an innovative nutritional food manufacturer, in their search for a Digital Marketing & Events Manager to join their Mt. Laurel, NJ team. This is a direct hire opportunity, salary and annual bonus are commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate is a creative and self-motivated marketing professional and will provide strategic leadership and implementation for marketing activities with a focus on digital presence, advertising, ROI tracking, and lead generation.
Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage marketing and lead generation strategy for trade shows and conference exhibiting
  • Develop overall strategy and manage day-to-day operations for marketing automation platform, Marketo
  • Provide creative and strategic input on content development for video, web, print, and digital marketing collateral
  • Participate in management strategy sessions and be a high-level contributor in inter-departmental collaborative meetings
  • Develop strategy and provide ongoing management of lead and prospect nurturing campaigns
  • Manage advertising and public relations efforts: selection and negotiation of advertising opportunities, timely delivery of content, reporting and ROI, coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
  • Have proficiency in Salesforce CRM: creation and management of dashboards and reports to monitor ROI, lead generation pipeline and assess marketing activities
  • Prime contributor to blog with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation
  • Generate and manage monthly marketing metrics report to support marketing department to assess marketing activities and track progress toward annual lead generation goals

  • Possess strong leadership and team building skills
  • Knowledge of analytics/metrics, SEO and PPC, B2B marketing, lead generation, and the health care industry are all major plusses

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 5-7 years marketing/communications experience
  • Experience with marketing to a B2B audience is a huge plus
