Description
Responsibilities: Drive business development with CMOs of leading banks and financial institutes Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and marketing level Expected to build relationships with customer CMOs, understand their marketing objectives and challenges, formulate and propose innovative solutions with right mix of technology, experience, data and analytics. The candidate should have worked as digital marketing head for a reputed company preferably in BFSI domain Good understanding and proven experience of leveraging Marketing Technologies and Platforms Drive growth by leveraging existing and new digital channels and uncovering marketing insights. Consistently identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities related to Digital Marketing in existing client base and ensure growth by securing new accounts Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop marketing strategies / campaigns (end-to-end) for new as well as existing products / offerings Forecasting budget, and resource needs, development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations Proven track record of creating outcome oriented marketing plans (preferably for banking and insurance customers) aligned to business priorities Understand key digital marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for leadership Qualifications: MBA/ PGDM or equivalent from a Tier 1 B- School / reputed university Around 15 years of experience, with latest role as head of Digital Marketing function in a BFSI organization EOE: Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
