Digital Marketing Director

Our client in Atlantais in search of an ambitious Director of Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for the daily development and execution of online marketing programs and lead our client's digital marketing strategy. Additional responsibilities include being the design and development of the company's website, the creation of digital marketing campaigns, management of the advertising budget, execution of partner marketing programs, development of email nurtures, and the design and development of content and all creative assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and plans across all the digital channels in support of business objectives
  • Evolve owned digital channels (e.g., website, SEO, email, social) leveraging new technologies and strategies to drive engagement, interest, and conversions
  • Leverage paid digital channels to precisely target key audiences to drive lead generation efforts
  • Develop insights into our users and target personas to drive the acquisition approach and collaborate across marketing to devise creative digital campaigns that convert
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the capability and consistency in tracking across platforms, content, and teams, identifying and advocating for new technologies that help achieve goals
  • Set quarterly and annual goals in collaboration with leading stakeholders. Plan, design and execute digital campaigns to support various businesses' goals and objectives. Develop reporting to share results and learnings with the marketing, product, and executive teams.
  • Develop innovative ideas to connect customer needs with business goals
  • Lead and manage a team to hit monthly and quarterly marketing KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field of study
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including Digital, Print, & Email Marketing
  • 5+ years of Google Analytics experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly preferred
  • Experience in lead generation, brand strategy, and marketing analytics
  • Ability to build manage a team on-site full time (REQUIRED)
